FAQ
Common questions about Faithful Games.
Do I have to pay to play?
No. The first 5 story sets in each collection are free, and dozens are live to play now. Family Pass ($2.99 a month or $19.99 a year, renewing until you cancel) opens every puzzle we have live on the site for up to six players.
What does Coming soon mean?
Some puzzles are still being checked, clue by clue, against the scriptures. Until then they show Coming soon. When one is finished, it opens right where it is, and Family Pass includes it at no extra cost.
Why do you ask for an email?
So we can save progress for your family. We will never sell your information or charge you without your permission.
Can my child sign up using their own email?
Faithful Games is designed so that families can play together, so we recommend that a parent sign in and provide that sign-on information to the rest of the family, who can then play with their own profiles. Please do not allow children to sign on or purchase subscriptions, especially where doing so would be against local, state, or national laws.
How do I add or switch who is playing?
Tap the name or face in the header (Who is playing). Add a child from the Family page after Family Pass is on. Use a nickname only.
How do Easy, Medium, and Hard work?
On Home and each collection, tap All, Easy, Medium, or Hard. That hides the other levels so the list stays short. It does not change a puzzle you already opened.
What does Pick up where you left off mean?
After you sign in we can take you back to the last puzzle that player was on. If they finished it, we open the next one in that set.
Where did my progress go?
Progress is saved on the parent account for the player who was selected. Switch Who is playing if you were on a different profile. Sign-out clears the session on that browser until you sign in again.
How do I report a problem?
Just tap "Report a problem" at the bottom of any page, or use the contact form.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Family Pass renews automatically, every month or every year depending on your plan, until you cancel. Canceling is meant to be as easy as signing up.
Card (Stripe): Sign in as the parent, open the Family page, and tap Cancel Family Pass. Confirm twice. Billing stops at the end of the time you already paid; you keep paid puzzles until that date. Child profiles and progress stay. (There is no separate Stripe Customer Portal link in the app today.)
PayPal: Use the same in-app path — Family page → Cancel Family Pass. That cancels the PayPal Family Pass subscription through our server. You keep paid access through the paid window we record.
A data-deletion request (Contact or webmaster@faithfulgames.com) does not cancel a subscription. Cancel Family Pass first if you want billing to stop.
How do I cancel my account?
Email webmaster@faithfulgames.com (Contact in the hamburger, or that address). This request does not cancel a subscription. If you also want billing stopped, cancel Family Pass first on the Family page.
Do you sell my information?
No. See Privacy.
