We work hard to give every family lots of free stories and puzzles, so you can be sure Faithful Games is right for you before you buy. Because of that, monthly and yearly Family Pass subscriptions are final once purchased, and we don’t offer refunds, including partial refunds for unused time.
You can cancel future renewals anytime, at no cost. Sign in as the parent, open the Family page, and tap Cancel Family Pass, or email webmaster@faithfulgames.com. Cancelling stops all future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the time you’ve already paid for.
If we ever change the price, we’ll email the parent account at least 7 and no more than 30 days before it takes effect, so you can cancel before the new price applies.
This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the law, or your payment provider’s process for unauthorized or duplicate charges. Questions? Email webmaster@faithfulgames.com.
