Canceling Family Pass should be as easy as signing up. You can cancel anytime, in a minute or two, with no phone call and no questions asked.
- You keep what you paid for. After you cancel, Family Pass stays on until the end of the month or year you already paid for. Then it simply doesn’t renew.
- Your family stays. Your account, child profiles, and progress are not deleted. The free story sets stay open to play.
Monthly or yearly? Monthly plans cancel automatically at the end of your billing month, and yearly plans work the same way at the end of your billing year.
If you paid with a card (Stripe)
- Go to play.faithfulgames.com and sign in with the parent account.
- Open the Family page.
- Tap Cancel Family Pass (next to your email).
- Tap OK on the two confirmation boxes. That’s it.
The Family page will then show the date your paid time ends. You won’t be charged again.
If you paid with PayPal
Easiest: use the same steps above. Sign in, open the Family page, tap Cancel Family Pass, and confirm. That cancels the PayPal subscription for you.
Or cancel inside PayPal:
- Log in at paypal.com.
- Click Settings (the gear icon), then Payments.
- Click Manage automatic payments (some accounts call it Subscriptions and saved businesses).
- Select Faithful Games.
- Click Cancel, then confirm.
In the PayPal app, tap Menu, then Subscriptions, pick Faithful Games, and cancel or unlink it.
